If a cancellation is done by a participant in 15 business days (or more) prior to the event(Training), 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participants.
If a cancellation is done by a participant within 15 business days (or less) of the event(Training), no refunds will be made.
No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the course.
Refund is only applicable if the student brings his dissatisfaction to the notice of the management within the FIRST week of the start of the training AND also ceases to attend classes.
NTMS reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the refund request is approved by NTMS.
Refunds or credit notes are only claimable within one month of payment and proof of payment has to be submitted. Beyond one month all claims and credit notes are null and void.
Access to the recorded online batch sessions will be removed if fail to pay complete fees. No partial access for partial payments.

NTMS shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that a training is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrences, or any other event that renders performance of this training impracticable, illegal or impossible.
NTMS prohibits any kind of Audio and Video recording inside its premises.
All disputes pertaining shall fall within the jurisdiction of Kalyan (Maharashtra). The administrator of the concerning institute shall be the legal person for all such matters.
